| Review by MaxSuper Mario Galaxy is a Nintendo Wii game released in the U.S on November 12, 2007 Super Mario Galaxy Introduction
Everyone knows Super Mario. He is the spokesperson of Nintendo. Super Mario Galaxy is another great and lengthy Mario game that will keep you entertained for a very long time. It is just like all other Mario games, but with a complete new storyline to keep this title fresh and completely polished and new.Story
There is a gigantic comet that passes over the Mushroom Kingdom every hundred years. During the time of the meteor passing, there is a traditionally held Star Festival and no one would have believed it, but this year the comet was so large that loose peaces were able to land on the Earth below. Peach is saving a special gift for Mario at the castle, but before he can reach the palace, the entire town is in uproar. It is once again Bowser, up to his no good tricks again. Structure
In this Mario game, you go from galaxy to galaxy collecting very important Power Stars that will be used to generate a space ship. You will need this craft to save Peach and help a new friend, named Rosalina. In one galaxy, there may be many different planets. Once your finished at the planet you are launched to another at high speed.Graphics
The graphics are beautiful. They continue to change from game to game for the better. Like a lot of games on the Wii, they are crisp and clear to every detail. After playing this game I feel like I was walking through the Mushroom Kingdom. It will truly take your breath away of the realistic sites that you will see of this fantasy universe. Visit enemies old and new in a new beautiful and polished environment.Enjoyable Rating
This is a very interesting game. They seem to be able to throw something completely new at you with each step, so there is no repetitive feeling at all. There are parts that make you laugh too. You will have a great and humble time while playing this game.
Along with the single player mode, there is a multiplayer for another guest. This mode will not keep your friend entertained for a very long time because they only sit and use the pointer to collect star bits, but you could get your friends involved if they are just sitting around watching you play. It is also good to have a very young sibling help you out. I’m sure that they would enjoy it too.Wii Remote Capability
You will use the Nunchuk to move like some other Wii titles to move Mario around and you will also use the pointer a lot to collect star bits that you can later throw at enemies. You acquire other ways to use it later on in the game, like shaking the remote to do a spin attack.Setback
At first, the revolving camera is a little to get used to. It can impair a lot of your movement but it become easier with time. Another thing is that the Black Holes appear rather quickly. You may be walking and not see what is in front of you and then, boom, you fall into eternal darkness. Wrap Up
This is a great new installment to the wonderful world of Mario. You will be pleased and touched by this fun and playful style that you are used to. I recommend buying this game. It is well worth your money. With all of this in consideration 9/10 ********* Super Mario Galaxy
